At Bynoviqraxa S.A. (hereinafter, "Bynoviqraxa") we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your information when you browse bynoviqraxa.com or use our real estate crowdlending services in Argentina.

2. Data we collect
We collect identification data (first name, last name), contact data (email, phone), browsing data (IP address, device identifiers, pages visited) and, where appropriate, information required to comply with anti-money-laundering rules issued by the Financial Information Unit (UIF) and the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV).
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to respond to enquiries, send the newsletter you signed up for, offer you investment opportunities suited to your profile, comply with legal obligations and improve our services. We do not take fully automated decisions with legal effects based solely on automated profiles.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations applicable in the Argentine Republic and the legitimate interest of Bynoviqraxa, in accordance with Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and related rules.
