These Terms & Conditions govern the access to and use of the site bynoviqraxa.com and the real estate crowdlending services offered by Bynoviqraxa S.A. in the Argentine Republic.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the site or using our services, you accept these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Bynoviqraxa S.A., CUIT 30-71845629-4, registered with the Inspección General de Justicia (IGJ) under Registration No. 28,456 and registered with the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV) by Resolution No. 985/2026, with legal address at Av. Corrientes 1843, Floor 7, Office B, City of Buenos Aires.
3. Nature of the service
Bynoviqraxa is a crowdfunding (crowdlending) platform that connects Argentine real estate projects with people interested in contributing capital. The information published does not constitute personalised financial advice.
4. Risks
Every investment involves risks, including the possibility of not recovering the capital contributed. Before investing, it is the user's responsibility to read the project documentation, assess their risk profile and, if necessary, consult an independent professional advisor.
5. Registration and use
The user agrees to provide truthful information, keep it up to date and refrain from using the site for unlawful purposes. Bynoviqraxa may suspend access in case of breach.
6. Intellectual property
The contents of the site, brands, logos, texts, images and designs are owned by Bynoviqraxa S.A. or used under licence. Their reproduction without prior written authorisation is forbidden.
7. Limitation of liability
Bynoviqraxa shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from the inability to use the site or from investment decisions taken by the user, except in cases established by Argentine law.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the National Ordinary Courts located in the City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other forum or jurisdiction that could apply.
